Refund Policy
We want you to be as obsessed with your Organic Outlaw Club gear as you are with
your newest Monstera. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you fix it!

We gladly offer refunds for:
•⁠  ⁠Wrong items sent (whoops, wrong species!)
•⁠  ⁠⁠Damaged or defective products

Just make sure to submit your refund request within 30 days of your purchase date
(before the roots rot, basically).

Just drop us a line at howdy@organicoutlawclub.com with your order number
and a quick description of the issue and we’ll get you sorted.
